Common fixes.
Granting Screen Time permission
During setup, tap Allow Screen Time and accept the iOS prompt. If you declined it, open iOS Settings, go to Screen Time, and allow FocusFlow there. Nothing can be locked without it.
An app did not unlock
Open FocusFlow. Unlocking happens when the app is open, so earned minutes apply as soon as you return to it. Then check Limits: a daily cap or a blockout can keep an app shut even with minutes banked.
My proof was declined
Retake the photo with the work clearly in frame and enough light to read it. If the verdict is Unclear, you can confirm the task yourself. A photo already used for another task will not be accepted twice.
My minutes look wrong
Every app you lock draws from the same bank, so time in one counts against all of them. Open FocusFlow to refresh the figure, then compare it with Screen Time in iOS Settings. If they disagree by more than a few minutes, email us both numbers.
Changing which apps are locked
Go to Rewards and tap Add app or the group you want to change. Apple's picker opens with your current choices ticked.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings, then Delete account, and type delete to confirm. This erases your account, tasks, proof photos and history, and cannot be undone.
About proof photos
- Your proof photo, the task it is checked against and the result are sent to Anthropic's Claude to verify the task. Nothing else is sent with it.
- Photos are not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to train models.
- They stay in your task history until you delete them, or your account.
- Don't include other people's faces or personal documents in a proof photo.
