About
Built by a student. For students.
I'm Spencer. I study at Ohio State, and for a long time my phone got about five hours of my day.
I tried the blockers. Every one of them had the same flaw: I set it up, so I could switch it off. A limit you can dismiss is a suggestion, and at 11pm with a problem set due I dismissed it every time.
So I built the one I could not argue with. In FocusFlow the apps stay locked until I finish something real and show a photo of it. No button gets me around that. Doing the work does.
It worked on me first. I use it every day, and it is the reason this app got finished. Now it is yours to try.
Principles
Three things it will not bend on.
Earn, don't quit
You are not asked to delete anything. Your apps are a reward you collect, on terms you set.
Proof over willpower
Willpower runs out at exactly the wrong time. A photo of finished work does not depend on your mood.
Private by default
Your Screen Time data stays on your phone. Your photos are yours, and you can delete them.
