Earned screen time

Screen time, earned.

Your kid's games and apps stay locked until they finish what you asked. They send you a photo, you approve it from your own device, and their apps open for the minutes you set. You never have to be the one who says no again.

Built on Apple's Family Controls. Kids can't delete it. Photos go only to you and are gone after 7 days. The other parent joins free.

Or book a 15-minute setup with Spencer

86% of parents have screen time rules. Only 19% stick to them all the time.

FocusFlow is how the rule sticks: the apps open when the work is done, not when someone wins the argument.

Pew Research Center, 2025. Parents of kids 12 and under.

How it works

1. You set the tasks.

Chores, homework, practice: whatever has to get done. Pick how many minutes each one earns.

2. They finish and snap a photo.

Until then, the games and apps you chose on their device stay locked.

3. You approve it, and their apps open.

From your own device, wherever you are. Or trust them on easy ones and skip the check.

Set up with the person who built it

Every family gets 15 minutes with Spencer.

On a call or in person, we add your kid, pick what stays locked, set the first task, and make sure Family Sharing is right before you hang up. Most families are done in one call, and you'll know exactly what the first night will look like.

A $25 setup, included free while FocusFlow is under 100 families. There's no ticket queue, just Spencer.

Built for how families work.

Check first, or trust them

Choose for each task. Trusted tasks unlock right away, and you can undo them.

The photo goes only to you

No AI looks at it, and it's deleted as soon as you decide, or after 7 days.

They can't delete it

FocusFlow uses Apple's own Family Controls, so it stays on their device until you remove it.

Every parent, one plan

Invite the other parent free. Whoever answers first decides.

Routines, streaks and a weekly goal

Morning and bedtime routines they tick off, a streak to keep, and bonus minutes they can save for the weekend.

Is this built for your family?

Five yeses and you're who we built it for.

  1. Your kid is somewhere around 10 to 15.
  2. They're on an iPhone or iPad, and you're on an iPhone.
  3. You're in Apple Family Sharing, or willing to set it up with Spencer on the call.
  4. The standoff happens at about the same time every day.
  5. You'd rather approve a photo than confiscate a device.

If you nodded five times, book your setup. If one of them is a no, write to Spencer first and he'll tell you straight whether it will work in your house.
